This room has 2 themes. It explores agriculture exhibiting a variety of implements and tools and gives an insight into farming life in the rural parishes of Nairnshire.

This room also looks at education - both how and where people in Nairnshire were educated. The history of the local schools is well documented. Children visting the museum are encouraged to sit at the long desk and to use the slates and the blackboard.
